David Cerasuolo, 47, of Plainville, has been charged with coercion and enticement of a minor, or attempt thereof, according to the Department of Justice - Massachusetts.
Cerasuolo allegedly used chat applications to engage in conversations with an individual he thought was a 13-year-old girl, but in reality was an undercover federal agent, according to a criminal complaint. During the chats, Cerasuolo allegedly tried to get the 13-year-old to engage in sexual activity. He is accused of sending the girl a photograph of his penis.
If convicted Cerasuolo faces a minimum sentence of 10 years and up to life in prison.
